Responsibilities:
– Ensure the complete administrative management of the employee lifecycle and their files
– Manage payroll processing and input of variables
– Monitor and control various absences in the time management system
– Contribute to the follow-up of social insurances (such as family allowances, daily allowance insurance, pension funds, withholding tax)
– Write routine correspondence and prepare work certificates
– Perform various tasks related to personnel administration
Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
– Completed commercial employee CFC or equivalent training
– HR manager certificate
– Experience in payroll and human resources
– Knowledge of the hospital environment is an asset
– Proficient with MS Office tools and computer systems
– Dynamic and positive personality
– Autonomous and able to manage priorities efficiently
