Responsibilities:
– Drive New Business: Identify, prospect, and convert high-value opportunities to expand our client base and exceed growth targets.
– Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients in sectors like fintech, banking, and law enforcement.
– Market Expansion: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities for business development.
– Lead Client Engagements: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and proposal presentation to negotiation and contract finalization.
– Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align solutions with client needs and provide seamless service.
– Establish Thought Leadership: Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen visibility and credibility.

Qualifications:
– Experienced in Sales & Business Development: 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS, compliance, RegTech, or identity verification industries.
– Results-Oriented: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully navigating complex sales cycles, with strong expertise in driving growth for both existing and new products across established and emerging markets.
– Customer-Centric: Skilled at identifying customer pain points and articulating value through solutions that address these needs.
– Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build relations with customers.
– Tech-Savvy: Familiar with sales-related software.
– Education & Language Skills: Higher education in a relevant field, with fluent English and business-level German. Further languages at a conversational or intermediate level are beneficial.
