Responsibilities:
– Lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure high-quality care at all times
– Plan, organize, and document care services and daily routines
– Take on daily responsibility depending on the duty schedule
– Participate actively in practical nursing work and direct care
– Care for and support residents in all aspects of daily life
– Support and supervise trainees, sharing professional experience
Qualifications:
– Qualified Registered Nurse HF or equivalent
– Professional skills in areas such as AZ, BESA, EasyDok, HV, KVG, MS Office, MiGeL, PP, TV, RAI-LTCF (ideally)
– Further training as a team leader in social institutions or equivalent qualification (ideally with leadership experience)
– Very good written and spoken German skills
– Ability to understand Swiss German
– Optimistic, independent, team-oriented, and responsible personality with a warm demeanor
