Responsibilities:
– Ensure smooth and successful project execution of medium voltage drives
– Oversee commercial, legal, and technical aspects to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
– Act as key contact and escalation point for customers
– Lead project teams with clear guidelines, tasks, and milestones
– Identify project risks and initiate countermeasures
– Conduct regular financial and operational reporting
– Lead continuous learning and improvement activities and projects
Qualifications:
– Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar with business acumen or degree in Business Administration with technical understanding
– Experience in managing challenging industrial customer projects (2+ years)
– Project management certification (IPMA, PMP, or similar) required
– Structured, reliable leader with risk anticipation skills
– Openness to learn and adapt to change
– Customer committed team player with efficient communication skills
– Strong command of English, preferably German
