Responsibilities:
– Represent the laboratory to customers and visitors, handling inquiries
– Provide telephone support regarding billing and e-solutions
– Perform administrative tasks such as master data changes, invoice corrections, and various correspondences
– Customer support for e-solution offerings
– Other activities related to laboratory administration

Qualifications:
– Completed training as a commercial clerk or equivalent education
– Experience in healthcare (health insurance, patient administration) and customer service is an advantage
– Excellent German skills
– Good English skills in spoken and written form
– French or Italian skills are an advantage
– IT affinity and very good user knowledge of common office software, especially Word and Excel
– Thoughtful, discreet, and engaging personality
– Ability to work precisely and independently
– Customer-oriented mindset, even in unusual situations
– Openness and flexibility towards innovations
– Strong skills in correspondence on various channels and documentation of processes
– Teamwork, punctuality, and enjoyment of work
