Responsibilities:
– Identification, evaluation, and implementation of digitization and automation potentials in collaboration with the business
– Introduction of AI-supported tools and processes to increase efficiency and quality
– Analysis and optimization of end-to-end business processes through technology use
– Training and coaching of departments on digital methods and solutions
– Promotion of a culture of continuous digital improvement and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications:
– Completed studies in (business) informatics, digitization, business engineering, or similar
– Experience in digitizing processes, ideally in SMEs or the pharmaceutical industry
– Knowledge in process analysis, RPA, workflow automation, ideally also AI/ML
– Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking)
– High understanding of business processes and technology use
– Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change
