Responsibilities:
– Support the daily business on the crisis intervention ward and contribute expertise and experience
– Help implement the ward concept and continuously develop it
– Contribute to stabilizing patients and improving their quality of life together with the interprofessional treatment team
Qualifications:
– Degree as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent diploma from abroad recognized in Switzerland
– At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the environment of patients with cognitive impairments
– Flexible and motivated personality who enjoys facing challenges and actively shaping changes
– Enjoy working with people in acute crisis situations
