Education Manager für die Veranstaltungsorganisation (m/w/d) – 47947

Responsibilities:
– Plan, control, and implement educational curricula from strategic annual planning to operational execution
– Coordinate closely with speakers, scientific advisory boards, and other internal and external stakeholders
– Participate actively in the strategic positioning of training programs
– Monitor event budgets and take responsibility for financial oversight
– Communicate with participants before, during, and after events
– Design and implement targeted content and campaigns for social media and other marketing channels to increase reach and awareness
– Create appealing texts and content for online communication
– Monitor and analyze relevant KPIs to optimize communication measures

Qualifications:
– Completed studies in business administration, communication, event management, or a similar field
– Several years of professional experience in a strategic position, preferably in a medical-scientific environment
– Extensive experience leading complex, interdisciplinary projects
– Very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
– Confident handling of MS Office, marketing tools (e.g., Canva), and project management software
– Excellent communication, assertiveness, and presentation skills
– Initiative, analytical thinking, flexibility, and a solution-oriented working style
– Willingness to travel and attend events, including on weekends
