Responsibilities:
– Provide rehabilitation services in various medical fields
– Establish effective and constructive relationships with patients and staff
– Contribute to continuous improvement in the department
– Carefully assess each situation before taking action
– Maintain a patient- and family-centered approach
Qualifications:
– Recognized diploma in occupational therapy
– Preferably experience in neurology, medicine, pediatrics, traumatology, or hand surgery
– Initiative and strong relational and communication skills
– Organizational skills and inclination for interdisciplinary collaboration
– Flexibility and positive attitude
– Ability to work effectively in a team
– Fluency in Italian, with knowledge of other national languages and English required
– Excellent knowledge of main computer applications
