Responsibilities:
– Provide quality rehabilitation services to diverse patient groups
– Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
– Maintain effective communication with clients and staff members
– Carefully assess each situation before acting
– Place the patient and their family at the center of all attention
Qualifications:
– Recognized diploma in occupational therapy
– Relevant experience, preferably in neurology, medicine, pediatrics, traumatology, or hand surgery
– Initiative spirit and strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Organizational skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
– Flexibility and positive attitude
– Enjoyment in teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration
– Proficiency in Italian and knowledge of other national languages and English
– Excellent knowledge of main computer applications
