Responsibilities:
– Ensure roads, parks, and green spaces are safe and well-maintained year-round
– Handle recycling and waste management efficiently and responsibly
– Oversee building maintenance and safety for various facilities
– Ensure smooth operations in companies, schools, or municipalities
– Perform building cleaning and maintenance
– Check and ensure all building technical systems run properly, including solar, sanitary, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
– Carry out maintenance work such as electrical, painting, repairs, and more
– Maintain occupational safety and health protection standards
– Responsible for water treatment and water quality in swimming pools
– Act as a lifeguard to ensure safety of swimmers and respond in emergencies
– Prepare and maintain ice for ice sports facilities
– Maintain gymnasiums, athletics facilities, and football fields as required
Qualifications:
– Completion of a 3-year vocational training program with EFZ certification
– Option to complete with vocational baccalaureate (BMS)
– Strong practical skills and reliability in service-oriented tasks
– Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental protection regulations
– Orderliness, reliability, service orientation, and craftsmanship
