Responsibilities:
– Taking over daily responsibility
– Individually adapted holistic care and support of the residents
– Resident-oriented support in everyday life
– Correct management of resident documentation
– Maintaining contact with relatives and reference persons of the residents
– Reference care work
Qualifications:
– Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
– Very good German skills, spoken and written (level C1)
– Committed and flexible
– Willingness to take on all shifts (except night shifts)
– Organizational and communication skills
– Team player, reliable and empathetic
