Responsibilities:
– Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
– Co-design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for children
– Support in the developmental documentation of the children using portfolios
– Co-design of a parenting partnership with the families
– Co-design of excursions and parent activities
– Active participation in team meetings
– Co-creating a respectful, family-like working atmosphere
Qualifications:
– Completed education as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
– Team player
– Initiative, creativity and flexibility
– Independent, structured and responsible way of working
