Responsibilities:
– Provide professionally competent and empathetic basic care
– Accompany residents through daily life with care and empathy
– Plan individually and document professionally
– Work closely with relatives, doctors, pharmacies, and external partners
– Actively contribute to the further development of care quality
Qualifications:
– Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
– Enjoyment of the profession, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
– Flexibility, resilience, and respectful interaction with residents
– Good German language skills in spoken and written form
– Experience with RAI / RAI LTCF is an advantage
