Responsibilities:
– Deliver holistic care and support to clients in their homes
– Assist with daily tasks and medical treatment as needed
– Take on basic care as well as medical-technical treatment care according to the competence framework
– Support clients with everyday tasks
– Act as a reference person for clients
– Collaborate with nursing professionals throughout the care process
Qualifications:
– Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ
– Professional work attitude
– Competence, resilience, and flexibility
– Enjoyment of independent work
– Strong communication and teamwork abilities
– Proficiency in using PCs and tablets for daily tasks
– Own car available for assignments
