Responsibilities:
– Professional, individual, and resource-oriented care and support of patients with high quality standards
– Analyzing complex care and support situations, initiating measures, and evaluating them
– Complete and conscientious management of nursing documentation
– Participation in the (further) development of nursing quality and the nursing process
– First point of contact for nursing-related questions and concerns
– Member of the Nursing Expertise Committee
– Co-designing internal nursing symposia
– Leading case discussions (nursing, possibly interprofessional)
– Participation in projects and working groups
– Interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups and specialist teams
Qualifications:
– Registered nurse BScN FH or nurse BScN in training or willingness to complete the BScN
– High social competence and pronounced empathy
– Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
– Team player and enjoyment in introducing and guiding employees, trainees, and interns
– Good IT user skills
