Financial Analyst – 30949
Responsibilities:
– Support ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles, including LBE (Latest Best Estimate) for cash flow
– Prepare, consolidate and comment cash flow reports for internal and corporate stakeholders
– Assist in developing tools, processes, and policies to enhance cash flow visibility and performance
– Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics
– Collaborate with Global Planning and manufacturing sites to implement sustainable inventory reduction programs
– Contribute to entity-level inventory financial management, ensuring compliance with corporate policies (e.g., stock counts, reconciliations)
– Perform stock-at-risk analytics to support monthly reserve calculations and reduce distressed inventory exposure
– Coordinate Division-level reporting and analytics to support initiatives aimed at reducing distressed inventory
– Support financial planning and reporting for Freight & Distribution costs
– Prepare and analyze periodic deliverables including LBE decks, S&OP reviews, and business performance reports
– Provide timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights to support decision-making
– Apply sound financial logic to solve problems and recommend improvements
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred)
– 2-4 years in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
– Supply Chain / Manufacturing finance experience preferred
– Experience with business case development or cost-benefit analysis is an advantage
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
– Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP
– Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS
– Excellent communication and collaboration across functions and geographies
– Proactive and results-driven mindset
– Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
