Responsibilities:
– Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the group level (according to OR)
– Support for group-wide forecasts and liquidity planning
– Collaboration on the consolidation of group companies
– Coordination and preparation of VAT returns
– Control and monitoring of rebates as well as external services (temporary staff and subcontractors)
– Review of final invoices and preparation of project guarantees
– Support in preparing audit documents
– Handling claims and coordination with insurance companies
– Participation in the development and further improvement of risk management and internal control systems (ICS)
– Collaboration in project controlling and support of operational units
Qualifications:
– Completed training in finance and accounting or fiduciary (federal specialist certificate or higher education such as federal diploma in auditing, fiduciary expert, or certified expert in accounting and controlling)
– At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position or mandate management level in fiduciary services
– Confident handling of ERP systems as well as MS Office, Excel, BI tools
– Experience in auditing internal control systems (ICS) is advantageous
– Team player, hands-on mentality, and proactive attitude
– Independent, structured working style with high personal responsibility
