Responsibilities:
– Technical lead of a team of specialist engineers for complex engineering projects, in collaboration with the commercial project manager
– Technical representation of the project towards the customer and suppliers while ensuring project execution within the given time, cost, and scope framework
– Drive decisions and maintain close collaboration with other engineering teams (locally and globally), R&D, product management, project management and other relevant functions
– Actively promoting the application and continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes
Qualifications:
– Bachelor, Master or PhD in electrical, software or mechanical engineering
– At least 5 years work experience in a technical customer focused area, ideally in the field of railway, E-bus or heavy electric vehicle propulsion
– Technical Project management experience
– Strong level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a structured approach to work
– Team player with excellent communication skills in English and preferably in German
