Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the technical leadership of a team consisting of leading fitters, network electricians, and apprentices
– Defines and coordinates the efficient deployment planning of the assembly team
– Responsible for the AVOR, execution, and compliance with occupational safety during project implementation, as well as ensuring quality, deadlines, regulations, and standards
– Ensures the execution and documentation of final inspections and commissioning of the systems
– Coordination and communication with customers, partners, project managers, and suppliers
Qualifications:
– Electrotechnical basic training with further education as a network specialist BP
– Flexibility, reliability, and team spirit
– Experience in personnel management and organizational talent
– Entrepreneurial thinking and action
– Independent working style and responsible, cooperative personality
– Fluent German in spoken and written (knowledge of another national language is an advantage)
– Driver’s license category B
