Responsibilities:
– Professional leadership of a team consisting of senior fitters, network electricians, and apprentices
– Define and coordinate efficient deployment planning of the assembly team
– Preparation, execution, and compliance with occupational safety during project implementation
– Ensure quality, deadlines, regulations, and standards
– Execution and documentation of final inspections and commissioning of the systems
– Coordination and communication with customers, partners, project managers, and suppliers
Qualifications:
– Basic electrical training with further education as a network specialist BP
– Flexibility, reliability, and team spirit
– Experience in personnel management and organizational talent
– Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
– Independent working style and responsible and cooperative personality
– Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
– Driver’s license category B
