Responsibilities:
– IT Coordination activities for insourced and outsourced for the site and production environment
– First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users
– Provide and coordinate technical support for internal and external applications
– Collaboration with external IT providers to ensure the smooth operation and support of both insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications
– First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users
Qualifications:
– 5 years IT Support and/or IT Coordination minimum
– IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or successful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications
– Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration – in managing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server environments
– Knowledge on Server Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms, is an advantage
– Cloud Technologies and Integration – Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, particularly in hybrid environments, for application hosting, backups, and scalability
– Fluency in Italian and English
