Responsibilities:
– Support users by creating guides and troubleshooting issues
– Install and configure PCs, laptops, and printers
– Identify and resolve hardware and software problems
– Commission, configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment
– Plan, install, and administer networks
Qualifications:
– Completion of secondary education at Niveau Sek B (or equivalent)
– Strong communication skills
– Enjoy working with customers
– Good comprehension
– Flair for English
– High level of personal responsibility
