Responsibilities:
– Provide expert nursing care in various departments
– Ensure effective communication with patients and staff
– Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications:
– Nursing diploma (Bachelor SUPSI) or equivalent qualification
– Nursing diploma (SSSCI) or equivalent qualification
– Nursing diploma obtained in other Swiss cantons or recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
– Degree in nursing (Italy or other European countries) recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
– Post-diploma training as an expert nurse in intensive care, SPD SSS certified or equivalent
– Post-diploma training as an expert nurse in anesthesia care, SPD SSS certified or equivalent
– Post-diploma training as an expert nurse in emergency care, SPD SSS certified or equivalent
– Fluency in Italian, spoken and written
– Knowledge of at least one other national language (German or French) is desirable
