Responsibilities:
– Identify and analyze business requirements to understand the impact of changes in IT systems
– Contribute to or orchestrate solution design procedures and oversee the implementation process end-to-end to ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy
– Recommend system and process changes and collaborate with IT and business partners to implement these changes
– Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
– Prioritize and manage IT-related projects based on business requirements
– Ensure data migration, system integration, risk management, and effective communication and change management during post-carve-out activities
– Oversee contract management, project planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring for TSA contract execution coordination
– Implement process automation, develop and customize IT systems, ensure quality assurance, manage incidents, and monitor solution effectiveness
Qualifications:
– Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
– Outstanding communication and coordination skills
– Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external service providers
– Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
– Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
