IT Application Manager – Focus HCM Data Migration (m/f/d) – 13342

Responsibilities:
– Ensure smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading processes while maintaining data integrity and security
– Prepare, map, control data prior to migration, perform post-migration audits, reconciliation, and exception reporting, and identify data anomalies
– Assist in data extraction
– Own the lifecycle management of current HCM applications, from selection to retirement, ensuring alignment with business needs
– Lead application integration to ensure migrated data seamlessly interacts with existing applications and systems
– Organize workshops to discover third-party data models, define scope, establish data mapping rules, and develop migration strategy with functional leads
– Engage stakeholders for testing, partner with functional leads to synchronize actions, manage risks/issues register, and support the security workstream
– Oversee and ensure documentation of the migration of HR data from multiple systems (SAP and non-SAP), including recruitment systems and training records, into Workday

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in data migration, customization, and integration, with expertise in cloud services and deployment models
– Ability to perform data analysis and mapping, ensuring accurate data transformation
– Knowledge of data profiling and data quality assessment tools
– Comprehensive knowledge of application lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning of enterprise applications
– Skilled in aligning application strategies with business goals and ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and project managers
– Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
– Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
– Attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation and reporting
