Junior Central Planning Specialist – 36246
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate global demand review processes with subsidiaries
– Analyze information and make proposals
– Follow up on corrective actions
– Follow up supply review with subsidiaries and suppliers
– Prepare consolidated information for integrated consolidation processes
– Prepare information for business review meetings included in the IBP process
– Support subsidiaries in the calculation of inventory targets
– Analyze deviations versus targets and support subsidiaries in defining corrective actions
– Manage minimum order quantities (MOQs)
– Oversee activities related to contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)
– Consolidate demand for CMOs supplying more than one country
– Place replenishment orders and follow up appropriately
– Inform subsidiaries and regions about potential supply issues
– Align with other functions
– Monitor quality and batch release processes
– Follow up on quality release capacity in different centers versus actual and future needs
– Serve as an independent party for prioritization processes when needed
– Align launch expectations with forecasts in subsidiaries and regions
– Include launches in demand and supply reviews
– Ensure suppliers are informed about expectations regarding launches
Qualifications:
– 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role in a multisite company
– Background in Engineering, Business, Economics or Supply Chain
– IT experience with SAP, advanced Excel, Office, PowerBI is a plus
– Knowledge of any other European language is a plus
