Key Account Manager (80-100%) – 13173

Responsibilities:
– Participating in the development of sales strategies by being a spokesperson for customers mainly in the chemical, oil, and gas market in Switzerland
– Advising customers comprehensively and supporting them with solutions for their current and long-term business plans, creating added value for the customer by ensuring a coordinated sales approach
– Providing customers with products/solutions/services in line with volume, mix, and profitability targets – take ownership and be responsible for a successful project acquisition (including negotiations and contract management), execution up to after-sales
– Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions, defining sales targets and ensuring achievement with a structured follow-up process
– Monitoring competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented

Qualifications:
– Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, combined with a technical understanding of medium voltage motors, transformers, switchgear, protection devices, frequency converters, and electrical networks
– Several years of national and international sales and account management experience
– Profound knowledge of the chemical, oil, and gas market
– High level of motivation, self-starter with drive and winning spirit
– Proactive in finding options and solutions, with excellent customer and service focus
– Constructive questioning of the existing while focusing on the essential
– Fluent in German and English, Italian language skills are an advantage
