Responsibilities:
– Lead obstetrics and gynecology with a focus on patient care
– Collaborate with a medical team to enhance departmental strategies
– Supervise and support training for junior doctors
– Promote teamwork in interdisciplinary teams
– Responsible for obstetrics (including ultrasound and basic prenatal diagnostics) and operative gynecology
– Operate the gynecological outpatient clinic
– Participate in strategic development of the department
– Work closely with midwives and nursing staff
Qualifications:
– Specialist title in Gynecology / Obstetrics
– Certification in pregnancy ultrasound is an advantage
– Several years of medical practice, ideally in a central hospital
– Committed and reliable personality with strong empathy
– Experience in operative activity, practice activity, and obstetric patient care
– Willingness to perform regular on-call duties (night & weekend, up to approximately 12-13 weekends per year)
