Responsibilities:
– Overall responsibility for mandate accounting according to FER/OR as well as for monthly and annual financial statements
– Management of the budgeting process and financial controlling as well as preparation of reports for management and external stakeholders
– Further development of operational accounting and cost/performance accounting
– Further development of financial management tools
– Participation in consolidations, audits, and reviews
– Ensuring complete service recording and billing
– Active role in optimizing and digitizing financial processes and introducing innovative tools
Qualifications:
– Completed business administration education and several years of experience in finance and accounting
– Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and solution development
– Analytical strength, networked thinking, and high implementation competence
– Resilience, structured working style, and clear communication
– Confident handling of IT systems (MS Office, ERP)
– Experience in healthcare is an advantage
