Responsibilities:
– Lead the Emergency Medicine Service at multiple locations
– Engage in clinical activities and research within an interdisciplinary team
– Provide training and mentorship to medical students and residents
– Assume organizational roles within the service
– Tutor doctors in training and medical students
– Participate in a rotation system across different service sites
Qualifications:
– Degree or diploma in medicine and specialization in internal medicine and/or surgery or equivalent title
– Registration with the relevant medical registry before starting work
– For foreign qualifications: recognition by the appropriate federal commission and registry registration before starting work
– Proven knowledge of the Italian language at least at B2 level; knowledge of other national languages and English is desirable
– Certification in emergency medicine (preferred)
– At least two years of clinical experience in recognized hospital institutions, with at least one year in internal medicine or surgery
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– High proficiency in IT tools
