Responsibilities:
– Provide critical care and support in the intensive care medicine department
– Collaborate with a team to ensure patient-centered treatment
– Participate in training and development within the medical facility
– Manage critical patients autonomously in the intensive care unit
– Contribute to the ongoing quality and effectiveness of intensive care services
– Work flexibly, including duties at other locations if required
Qualifications:
– Medical degree and specialization in intensive care medicine or equivalent title
– Registration in the relevant medical registry prior to starting work
– Recognition of foreign medical qualifications where applicable
– Proven knowledge of the Italian language (minimum level B2)
– Knowledge of other national languages and English is desirable
– Work experience in intensive care units
– Autonomy in managing critical patients in the intensive care unit
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Constructive and proactive attitude
– Willingness to work at different hospital locations as needed
– Proficiency in information technology tools
