Responsibilities:
– Lead the expanding urology department
– Provide quality healthcare and patient care in urology
– Engage in clinical research and training in urology
Qualifications:
– Medical degree and specialization in urology with registration in the relevant medical registry before starting work
– For candidates with foreign qualifications: recognition by the relevant federal medical commission and registration in the medical registry before starting work
– Proven knowledge of the Italian language (minimum level B2) with medical registry registration before starting work; knowledge of English desirable
– Work experience in urology departments, with particular focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgery
– Documented clinical research activity with international training experience
– Autonomy in managing urological patients
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Constructive and proactive attitude
– Proficiency in IT tools
