Mitgliederbetreuer:in 80-100% – Luzern – 47124

Responsibilities:
– Advise members on administrative issues and on labor and social insurance law questions
– Answer simpler legal questions
– Support members mainly by phone and at the counter
– Act as the first point of contact for members
– Conduct promotional conversations
– Assist members in filling out official forms

Qualifications:
– Completed commercial training at EFZ/EBA level or equivalent
– Training as a customer dialogue specialist is an advantage
– Experience in a similar role
– Experience in a call center is an advantage
– Experience in social insurance law is an advantage
– Resilience and ability to learn, planning and organizational talent
– High standards for delivering quality work
– Very high service orientation and strong customer service skills even in difficult situations
– High communication and teamwork skills
– Very good German skills, spoken and written
– Good knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian
