Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with daily activities and provide nursing care
– Help prepare and distribute medications as needed
– Cooperate in adapting and maintaining the resident’s environment
– Collaborate in the nursing care project and transcribe necessary information into the care file
– Evaluate and implement essential care during the night
– Manage emergency and crisis situations in the establishment as well as for residents in protected apartments
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in nursing
– Flexibility and energy
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Ability to adapt to changing environments and needs
