Responsibilities:
– Develop and optimize machining programs (turning, milling, etc.)
– Monitor production indicators and resolve issues
– Continuously improve production processes using Lean Manufacturing tools
– Industrialize and support technical development of new parts
– Document new components for production
– Participate in R&D projects
– Advise and provide technical support to workshop managers and teams
Qualifications:
– Certified training as a polymechanic technician or equivalent
– At least 5 years of experience in watchmaking turning
– Proficient in ISO programming on TB-DECO and GibbsCam
– Excellent ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
– Comprehensive technical knowledge in machining, cutting tools, and watchmaking manufacturing methods
– Experience in using modern digital tools
– Meticulous, rigorous, dynamic, flexible, and versatile
– Strong technical sense and analytical skills
– Understanding of dimensional and aesthetic requirements in watchmaking
