Responsibilities:
– Plan, design, and document holistic, professional care
– Manage the care process for assigned patients
– Collaborate with relatives and further care institutions
– Ensure compliance with nursing guidelines and quality standards
– Cooperate with intra- and interdisciplinary specialist departments
– Handle department administration
Qualifications:
– Completed training as a certified nursing specialist DNII/HF/FH
– Experience in the psychosomatic or psychiatric field is an advantage
– High social competence
– Independent and reliable working style
– Resilience and willingness to perform
– Flexibility and ability to work in a team
– Willingness to work in all shifts
– Very good German skills in spoken and written form
– Good computer skills
