Responsibilities:
– Efficient medication and material management for the wards
– Processing orders from the wards
– Managing inventory and placing orders
– Controlling stock within the pharmacy
– Patient-related provision of medications
– Monitoring and organizing the in-house pharmacy according to business management principles
– Conducting price and condition negotiations
– Regularly checking emergency kits
– Preparing medications for inpatient patients
Qualifications:
– Completed vocational training as a Pharma Assistant EFZ
– Very good German skills in spoken and written form
– High social and communication competence
– Strong customer orientation
– Independent and reliable working style
– Resilience, willingness to perform, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
– Good PC user skills
