Responsibilities:
– Conduct self-reliant pipe stress analysis on customer delivered piping designs
– Ensure the longevity of products and systems
– Continuous implementation of new scientific know-how on material characteristics and physical effects
– Analyse and support customer applications
– Provide extended engineering/calculation services to ensure correct installations
– Communicate effectively towards stakeholders regarding customer requirements
– Support sales teams, business developers and product managers
– Provide and conduct calculations of special installations to relevant national standards and building codes
– Support development of installation recommendations and teach best practice trainings
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree and relevant working experience of about six years
– At least three years experience in a similar role
– Sound knowledge of software (ROHR2/SINETZ or e.g. CEASAR and similar, IngSoft, easypipe and BIM & PDMS)
– Reliable, curious and quality-driven personality
– Established presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
– Team orientation is required
– German and English working proficiency (any other language is of advantage)
