Project Scheduler – Power Plant EPC Projects – 34178
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain the overall EPC project schedule for complex gas-fired power plants
– Monitor progress, analyze deviations, and support corrective actions, mitigation, and claims
– Coordinate timelines across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery
– Lead progress meetings, prepare schedule reports, and support contractual requirements (e.g. delay analysis)
– Ensure cross-functional schedule alignment, manage critical paths and project interfaces
Qualifications:
– Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or higher)
– 5+ years of experience in scheduling or project/site management in power or large-scale industrial projects
– Proficient in MS Project
– Experience with Primavera P6 is a strong asset
– Familiarity with EPC-based international project environments and multi-partner setups
– Solid understanding of contract management and claims support
– Strong analytical and communication skills
– Proactive and structured mindset
– Fluency in English; German is a plus
