Responsibilities:
– Provide clinical practice as a trainee psychotherapist
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care
– Engage with patients, demonstrating excellent communication skills
– Work both independently and as part of a team
– Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree, license, or psychology diploma according to relevant legal requirements
– For EU applicants: foreign title, possible state authorization, and recognition by Federal Office of Public Health
– Enrollment in a psychotherapy advanced training course (provisionally or definitively accredited)
– Good reputation and necessary mental and physical suitability for the profession
– Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to work with patients
– Excellent communication and relational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluent spoken and written Italian; knowledge of a second national language is an asset
– Essential knowledge of main IT tools (e.g., Office package)
– Knowledge of the local territory and health network
– Valid permit for foreign citizens or declaration of pending permit application
