Responsibilities:
– Lead teams in Medical Secretariats and Medical Offices effectively
– Drive organizational transformation and digital evolution initiatives
– Foster collaboration and continuous improvement among staff members
– Guide team members with leadership, sensitivity, and development skills
– Encourage a collaborative and interdisciplinary work environment
– Promote continuous improvement and innovation
– Oversee organizational transformation and digital evolution within processes

Qualifications:
– University degree in economics, management, or equivalent qualification
– Proven experience in leading medium-large teams
– Skills in process management/development and organizational transformation
– Experience in digitalization and innovation of information processes
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
– Excellent knowledge of Italian, English (B2 level), and preferably at least one other national language
– Proficiency in main IT applications
– Training or advanced courses in leadership, communication, or process management (preferred)
– Previous experience in healthcare or complex administrative environments (preferred)
– Knowledge of hospital IT systems and applications (preferred)
