Responsibilities:
– Propose a new pharmaceutical service annually and organize its training, implementation, and promotion
– Organize updates for previously implemented services
– Coach and support pharmacy teams in implementing services
– Promote validated services to pharmacies and provide first-level assistance
– Create and/or coordinate scientific and behavioral training for teams
– Manage administrative follow-up for the sector, including budget presentation and compliance, invoicing, etc.
– Develop and organize various health prevention and promotion campaigns
– Design monthly training for pharmacy assistants and format them on the dedicated training platform
– Organize sessions for pharmacists in professional training and monitor progress
– Animate and moderate online educational chats
– Manage various tools implemented for training and services
Qualifications:
– Hold a federal pharmacist diploma or recognized equivalent
– Strong communication, coordination, animation, and motivation skills
– Good interpersonal skills and relationship building
– Initiative, innovation, and creativity
– Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
– Curious, rigorous, and eager to explore topics in depth
– Ability to transmit knowledge and train others
– Enjoy writing scientific articles and capable of synthesizing and popularizing information
