Responsibilities:
– Serve as the contact person for insured individuals, employers, authorities, and regional employment centers
– Review and process incoming benefit applications
– Calculate and pay insurance benefits and issue decisions
– Advise customers and partners in enforcement of insurance law in a competent and service-oriented manner
Qualifications:
– Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
– Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
– Experience with legal regulations and legal issues is an advantage
– Strong understanding of social concerns, other cultures, and union values
– Confident handling of MS Office
– Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured way of working and a pronounced flair for numbers
– Confident German in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are desired
