Responsibilities:
– Serve as contact for insured persons, employers, authorities, and regional employment centers
– Review and process incoming benefit claims
– Calculate and pay insurance benefits and issue decisions
– Advise customers and partners in AVIG enforcement in a competent and service-oriented manner
Qualifications:
– Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
– Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
– Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured way of working
– Confident German language skills in speaking and writing
– Knowledge of foreign languages is desired
