Senior Program Manager
Responsibilities:
– Lead and mentor the Project and Program Management team within the division, overseeing hiring, training, and performance reviews to ensure a high-quality project management service
– Establish Project and Program Management policies, processes, and methodologies to standardize project delivery and align initiatives with organizational strategy and objectives
– Organize and conduct regular Project Management review meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of the project portfolio status
– Provide guidance to project managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and scheduling
– Manage project budgets, ensure projects are in scope, on time, and in budget, and collaborate with the leadership team, finance and other departments to forecast and manage project costs
– Analyze Project Management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, foster a culture of improvement within the Project Management Organization, and remain updated on industry best practices in project management
Qualifications:
– 7+ years of relevant experience in program and project management in a fast-paced industry paired with an Engineering Degree or equivalent
– Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, and relevant Project Management qualifications
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills up to CxO level, with evidence of leading teams of differing sizes and competencies and flexing style to manage people complexity
– Ability to connect with clients and build the company’s brand through timely and effective delivery of change, with an entrepreneurial passion to lead company-wide improvement initiatives
– A desire for personal learning and continuous improvement, with a preference for working in a flat-structured environment with potential for career progression
– Native fluency in English is a must, German is nice to have
