Supply Chain Procurement Specialist – 49990

Responsibilities:
– Placing and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) in the system.
– Ensuring timely and accurate order execution and proactively communicating with manufacturing sites.
– Monitoring dashboards and supply metrics to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
– Collaborating closely with planners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
– Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to process optimization.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (open to diverse educational backgrounds).
– Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning (experience within the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not mandatory).
– Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
– Skilled in system handling (experience with SAP ECC/APO is a plus).
– Comfortable working with tools like Excel and Power BI.
– Excellent communication skills in an international setting.
– Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
– Proactive and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
