Qualifications:
– Diploma of biomedical analysis technician or equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
– Manual skills and aptitude for technical work
– Reliability and responsibility in carrying out activities
– Ability to manage work independently with initiative
– Strong relational and communication skills
– Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team
– Orientation to change, development, and flexibility
– Knowledge of main computer applications (Word and Excel)
– Knowledge of a second national language is desirable
