Responsibilities:
– Setup and monitoring on Citizen-type production machines
– Participate in the development and realization of new products
– Actively contribute to continuous improvement aimed at enhancing production
– Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment
Qualifications:
– Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic with a screw machining option or equivalent training
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
– Comfortable with reading plans and machining complex parts
– Proficient in ISO programming
– Good knowledge of cutting tools
– Autonomous in work and able to propose innovative solutions
– Methodical mind and good organization
– Good manual dexterity
