Responsibilities:
– Responsibility for subsidiary and general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable accounting
– Management of active receivables management
– Preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
– Support in budgeting and liquidity planning
– Analysis of financial key figures and preparation of reports for management
– Participation in projects in the area of controlling and optimization of internal processes
Qualifications:
– Completed training in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
– Solid knowledge in accounting (general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts payable/receivable)
– Very good handling of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is required
– Initial experience or interest in controlling
– Fluent in German and able to communicate in English
– Analytical thinking, accuracy, and enjoyment of numbers
– Enjoy working in a team and possess good communication skills
